Supporting children in the prime areas of learning Kung Fu Cubs not only teaches awesome moves on the mat but life skills to take off the mat too! Including:
Physical Development – Helping to support gross and fine motor skills as well as supporting the muscles and skills needed for reading and writing in school.
Communication and Language – Developing listening and attention skills, tuning in to sounds and key words, supporting language development and confidence in speaking as well as following multiple part instructions.
Personal Social and Emotional Development - Supporting friendships and relationship building, turn taking, empathy, sharing and character education such as honesty, bravery, confidence, respect, belief and more.
We focus on the specific areas of learning too helping your child to develop shape and colour recognition, numbers and counting, imagination and creative development, being involved and learning to develop a can do attitude, problem solving and team work.
Kung Fu Cubs mission is to build confident, healthy and happy little people through our passion and love of Martial Art!
Would just like to say a huge thank you to kelly and her brilliant team in Stourbridge!! My daughter had never attended any type of martial arts class before and they made her feel so welcome and at ease! The classes are fantastic, Kelly and her team are so patient and so encouraging and I would highly recommend them! They have really boosted my daughters confidence with her physical skills! I cannot thank them enough!!

My 4 year old daughter Maggie has been going for a few months and loves it. She looks forward to going, and she thinks that the Sirs and Miss are fab. She's already a confident girl but needs to listen more, and this class definitely helps. We will be sending her little brother when he is old enough.
